Order Processing & Dispatch Overview
LINK-PP (LINK-PP INT'L TECHNOLOGY) warehouse operates Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (China Standard Time, UTC+8), excluding public holidays.
Orders are processed and shipped only on these working days. Orders and correspondence received on Saturdays or Sundays will ordinarily be processed and shipped on the following Monday, provided the items are in stock.
All products are shipped from China after completing internal quality control (QC) inspection procedures.
While LINK-PP strives to meet referenced delivery and shipment timelines, all delivery and shipment dates provided are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed or fixed cut-off times.
Once a package has been officially dispatched from LINK-PP’s sorting center, tracking information will be automatically sent to the registered email address.
Customers may also access tracking details through their account center. If tracking information is not immediately available after receiving a shipping notification, please allow 1–2 business days for carrier system updates.
Shipping Destinations
LINK-PP (LINK-PP INT'L TECHNOLOGY) provides international shipping services to most countries and regions worldwide.
Currently supported shipping destinations include, but are not limited to:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, and other major global markets.
Some remote areas, sanctioned regions, or destinations restricted by logistics providers may not be serviceable.
If a destination is unavailable, our customer service team will notify you before shipment.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed and shipped from China, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Order processing includes order verification, quality inspection (QC), packaging, and export documentation preparation.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (China Standard Time, UTC+8), subject to public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time consists of order processing time plus shipping transit time.
Standard Shipping (International Air Express):
• United States / Canada: 5–10 business days
• Europe (EU & UK): 6–12 business days
• Asia-Pacific: 4–9 business days
• Middle East & South America: 8–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or local carrier operations.

Expedited Shipping Options
Expedited shipping services are available upon request for eligible destinations.
Expedited Shipping:
• Estimated transit time: 3–7 business days
• Additional shipping charges apply
In certain cases, changes to the delivery method may occur due to urgent operational requirements or customer requests to reduce delivery delays.
If an expedited shipping method results in additional shipping charges beyond the originally selected option, customers may be contacted to authorize payment of the applicable balance prior to shipment.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses are eligible for standard shipping services only.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, shipment weight, package dimensions, and selected shipping method.
All shipping fees are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Due to existing carrier agreements, most orders are shipped via international air express services (such as FedEx) from China.
While air shipping may not always represent the lowest-cost option, it provides the most reliable balance of delivery speed, shipment visibility, and service consistency.
International shipping costs are calculated in U.S. dollars. In rare cases where shipping charges require adjustment, customers will be contacted to authorize any additional fees prior to shipment.
Tracking Information
Once a package has been officially dispatched from LINK-PP’s sorting center, detailed tracking information will be automatically sent to the registered email address.
Tracking details are also available in the customer account center after login.
If tracking information is not immediately available after receiving a shipping notice, please allow 1–2 business days for carrier updates.
Policy Consistency Notice:
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders unless otherwise stated in a written agreement approved by LINK-PP.
In case of any discrepancies, the shipping terms confirmed at checkout shall prevail.
