Make the return process as simple and easy as possible.

Start A Return

1、Fill in the Return Form and submit online. Or download the RMA application form, filling in and sending email to RMA@link-pp.com
2、Our customer service will contact you to confirm the RMA.and approve Return/Refund or replacement.
3、After RMA application are approved,the products will be returned to our warehouse.
4、Just waiting for the processing of Return/refund or replacement.

Return Notes

All customers should contact Customer Service for approval before returning any items to us, Link-PP will not deal with any unannounced returns and costs incurred.
1. Make sure that the product looks brand new or does not have obvious physical damage.Keep all the packaging materials and shipping notes, which may be necessary for processing your return request;
2. After sending back the product, please send us the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt; This will help us better track your return
3. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) application form must be provided to link-pp.com, including detailed informaiton, such as buyer`s name, phone NO.,email, address, PO NO., ect.

Return Policy

For standard stock products such as Lan Transformer , RJ45 Connector (consumables and customized excluded), we offer a standard 15-day return & refund and replacement service. See detailed policy below:
Returns are normally accepted when completed within 15 days from the date of shipment.Buyers need to bear the freight and customs charges. This does not include items identified as "NCNR", "Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable" ("Non-Standard Products"), Downloadable Software ("Digital Delivery"), or governed by a Purchase Agreement Letter.
Only products originally shipped from Link-PP will be returned to Link-PP. All others will be promptly quarantined and disposed of or returned to the customer. By a Customer returning products to Link-PP, the Customer certifies that the products were purchased from Link-PP and there has been no substitution in whole or part of same product from another supplier, distributor or other such source of the product. The return should be in the original packaging and in unused condition (except defective). ESD or moisture sensitive products should not be opened except under controlled conditions.
Return Freight charges must be prepaid; we will not accept COD shipments.
Some products may require that they be returned directly to the manufacturer.
To obtain a return authorisation number, complete a Return Merchandise Authorisation form or Contact Us. Your customer service representative will give you a return authorisation number and the correct return address for your merchandise.
