Return Notes
1. Make sure that the product looks brand new or does not have obvious physical damage.Keep all the packaging materials and shipping notes, which may be necessary for processing your return request.
2. After sending back the product, please send us the tracking number or a copy of the shipping receipt. This will help us better track your return.
3. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) application form must be provided to l-p.com, including detailed informaiton, such as buyer`s name, phone NO.,email, address, PO NO., ect.
Return Policy
All products we offer are LINK-PP (LINK-PP INT'L TECHNOLOGY) brands, we do not accept returns that are not quality issues, if you have any questions, please contact us by email.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• PayPal refunds are usually processed immediately after approval.
• Wire transfer refunds typically take 1–5 business days to arrive, depending on the recipient bank and country.
Please note that refund processing times may vary due to banking procedures beyond our control.
Applying for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) online is a mandatory step before returning any products.
• For Pickup Service returns, no return address is required. LINK-PP (LINK-PP INT'L TECHNOLOGY) will arrange pickup through our designated logistics partner.
• For Non-pickup Service returns, the approved return address will be provided after RMA approval. The address will be displayed in your Return Details page and sent to you by email.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
LINK-PP (LINK-PP INT'L TECHNOLOGY) does not charge an additional return handling or restocking fee for approved returns.
However, return shipping costs, customs duties, and related charges are subject to the following conditions:
• If the return is caused by product quality issues, LINK-PP (LINK-PP INT'L TECHNOLOGY) will cover the return shipping and related costs.
• If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and any related fees.
