LS-CW411G-80C is a 1410nm CWDM SFP module engineered for 1G data links, integrating a DFB laser and PIN photodiode to enable 80km reach over single-mode fiber under a 0 – 70°C operating range. LINK-PP LS-CW411G-80C module combines standard-compliant hot-pluggability with robust 1G connectivity for long-distance campus networks. It leverages CWDM technology and a 1410nm wavelength to enable 80km transmission over a duplex LC interface, while integrated DOM supports live link diagnostics.
This optical transceiver adopts a hot-pluggable SFP footprint and fully complies with the SFP MSA for seamless interoperability. Its mechanical design allows direct insertion into standard ports without system power-down, simplifying field upgrades and maintenance.
The module delivers a 1Gbps data rate, ideal for backbone links spanning large campus areas. It provides reliable point-to-point connections over extended distances, supporting core network aggregation and distribution layers.
By utilizing coarse wavelength division multiplexing, this module enables multiple optical channels on a single fiber pair. Network operators can thus maximize existing fiber infrastructure, reducing the need for additional cable deployment.
Its 1410nm operating channel falls within the CWDM grid, ensuring predictable attenuation characteristics in standard single-mode fiber. This specific wavelength also helps avoid crosstalk with adjacent channels in a multi-wavelength system.
The module is rated for 80km reach, making it suitable for metro and campus inter-building links. It maintains sufficient optical power budget to overcome fiber loss and connector splices over that distance.
