LINK-PP LS-CW271G-80C is a commercial-grade 1G SFP CWDM transceiver that integrates a 1270nm DFB laser, an 80km reach on single-mode fiber, a duplex LC interface, and digital diagnostic monitoring. It also supports hot-pluggable installation and complies with SFP MSA standards. These features together deliver reliable optical connectivity for long-span links.
This SFP module adopts the standard hot-pluggable SFP footprint for easy field replacement and system maintenance. It is fully compliant with the SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), ensuring interoperability with a wide range of host equipment.
The transceiver operates at a data rate of 1Gbps, making it ideal for extended-reach applications over single-mode fiber. It provides a cost-effective solution for connecting remote network nodes across campus or regional backbones.
This CWDM module allows multiple optical channels to be combined onto a single fibre strand, maximising the use of existing fibre infrastructure. It operates on a designated CWDM wavelength, helping to reduce the need for additional fibre deployment.
The 1270nm optics transceiver incorporates a distributed feedback (DFB) laser that delivers stable and narrow-band optical output. This wavelength is specified in the CWDM grid and supports low-attenuation transmission over standard SMF.
The module is engineered to reach distances up to 80km on single-mode fibre without requiring optical amplification. It offers sufficient optical link budget to maintain reliable signal integrity over such long spans.
This 1G SFP features a standard dual-LC connector, which simplifies fibre cabling and ensures a secure physical connection. This interface is widely adopted in telecom and data-centre environments, providing easy mating with existing patch panels.
The DDM-enabled transceiver provides real-time access to critical operating parameters, including operating temperature, supply voltage, laser bias current, and received/transmitted optical power. It's compatible with the SFF-8472 digital diagnostics functions, allowing network managers to monitor link health and predict potential failures.
