LINK-PP LS-BL495501-80I is an industrial-grade BiDi SFP transceiver that provides reliable network connections over a single fiber strand. This robust module combines a long-distance optical design, a compact connector, and real-time monitoring functions. It is built to work consistently in harsh environments with extreme temperatures from -40°C to +85°C.
This module features a built-in 1490nm DFB laser and a sensitive PIN photo detector. These optical components work together to send and receive strong, clear light signals over single-mode fiber. This high-quality internal setup prevents signal loss and ensures a stable connection.
With a steady speed of 155Mbps, this transceiver delivers the exact bandwidth needed for industrial control systems and factory automation. It offers a reliable data rate for remote monitoring equipment, traffic systems, and power utilities. The standard speed also makes it fully compatible with legacy industrial hardware.
The module uses a bidirectional method, transmitting data at 1490nm and receiving it at 1550nm. Using two different wavelengths keeps the upload and download signals separate so they do not interfere with each other. This setup allows smooth, two-way data traffic at the exact same time.
This transceiver is designed for long-distance links and can send data up to 80km without any extra signal boosters. It has a powerful optical budget that keeps the link stable across long outdoor distances. It is ideal for connecting far-away field locations to a main network hub.
Using a single simplex LC connector, the module runs two-way communication over only one strand of glass fiber. This single-fiber layout cuts infrastructure cable costs in half by saving valuable fiber cores. It also makes cable setup much cleaner and easier to manage inside patch panels.
The built-in Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) feature tracks live status data like temperature, voltage, and optical laser power. This helpful tool lets network teams check on the health of the module remotely at any time. It helps fix issues early and prevents unexpected network downtime.

Q: We run legacy SDH/SONET STM-1 telecom circuits. Can this transceiver handle that protocol? By G***e on 2026-03-05
A: Yes, this module is specifically engineered to support SDH/SONET STM-1 (155Mbps) protocols alongside standard Fast Ethernet. By admin on 2026-03-06
Q: I have standard duplex LC fiber patch cords in my server room. Can I plug them into this module? By E***r on 2025-08-19
A: No, this module uses a Simplex LC port. You will need a single-strand simplex LC patch cable to connect it. By admin on 2025-08-20
Q: Our roadside traffic control cabinets experience freezing winters (-30°C) and hot summers (+70°C). Can this module survive? By F***k on 2025-01-28
A: Absolutely. This is a true industrial-grade module designed and rated to operate reliably in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C. By admin on 2025-01-29
