Supporting data rates up to 10.7Gbps, this module is perfectly suited for high-capacity 5G mobile fronthaul and CPRI/eCPRI deployments. It provides the essential bandwidth and ultra-low latency required to connect remote radio heads to baseband units across expansive geographic areas.
Equipped with a high-quality Electrically Modulated Laser (EML) operating at 1550nm, this SFP+ 100km module minimizes chromatic dispersion over extended fiber routes. This specific wavelength is highly optimized for long-haul transmission, ensuring excellent optical signal fidelity.
The 1550nm wavelength allows multiple signals to be multiplexed and travel through the same fiber. This maintains low attenuation and reliable signal quality across metro and access network links.

To prevent signal distortion and receiver saturation, we strongly recommend using OS2 SMF cable even for shorter distances, along with appropriate optical attenuators if the run is very short.
